Shipping & Returns

Shipping: All orders placed on www.dreamslosangeles.com will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once Dreams has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Dreams is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. 

Holiday Return Policy: Returns for store credit/exchanges will be accepted until 1/15/23 with the receipt. Items must be in new/unused/unopened condition. All apothecary and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to be returned/exchanged.

Online Return Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within seven days of the date it was received. In addition, a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was used or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to the customer. All returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

Gift Return Policy: We are happy to make return arrangements for any items received as a gift within seven days of the date it was received. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds.

In-Store Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only unless items are marked FINAL SALE. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. All sale items are final sale. All sale and vintage items are FINAL SALE, Dreams will not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Online Exchange Policy: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
